Animals in speed

George Orwell: Animal farm

WSOY. 126 pages
Published 1945

George Orwell's book Animal Farm is full of action and revolution. Orwell designed the book as a satire of the Russian's revolution. The book was banned for long time, because it was considered to be communist book.

In the book animals get tired of how people utilize those and begin to rebel against people. The animals succeed in taking over the farm, but they experience a lot of adversity.

The animals of the book can be connected with motoring. Jysky, the horse is powerful like the Ferrari and reliable like the Toyota. The pigs are the leaders of the farm. They take care of thinking of and planning of innovations. On the other hand, the pigs are greedy and power-seeking, quite like some people. The pigs also cheat the other animals to get their own desire through.

The book certainly raises different opinions in people. It's like tuning car, some cars are cool, others doesn't and these arouse different opinions. The book is not so "cool", but it makes that very exciting!
